1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the access, navigation, and use of the website https://pharma-ti.ch, as well as the purchase of products and services offered by Pharma-Ti (hereinafter “Pharma-Ti” or the “Owner”).

By placing an order or using the site, the user fully accepts these GTC. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail.

2. Offer and recipients

The online offer is intended exclusively for adults.

Products are intended for personal and non-commercial use. Pharma-Ti reserves the right to limit quantities, availability, or access to services.

Pharma-Ti does not sell prescription medications and does not provide medical or healthcare services.

3. Products and information

The product information and descriptions on the site are for informational purposes.

Food supplements and wellness products:

• are not a substitute for a balanced diet,

• are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes,

• are not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

Pharma-Ti does not guarantee the total absence of errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete updates in product descriptions or images.

4. Personalized supplements

The configurator allows for the creation of personalized supplements based on information voluntarily provided by the user.

The following are neither requested nor processed:

• medical diagnoses,

• prescriptions,

• clinical health data.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered. Pharma-Ti does not guarantee specific results or subjective benefits.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The offers on the site do not constitute a binding offer.

The contract is considered concluded only upon the sending of the order confirmation via email by Pharma-Ti.

Pharma-Ti reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:

• unavailability of products,

• obvious errors,

• improper use or suspected abuse.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are indicated in CHF, VAT included, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is accepted exclusively via credit or debit card and is managed through the payment provider SumUp.
Pharma-Ti does not store payment data.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made throughout Europe to the address indicated by the user.

Delivery times are indicative. Any delays do not entitle the user to compensation or automatic cancellations, within the limits permitted by law.

Risk passes to the user at the time the product is delivered to the shipping service.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt only for cosmetics and equipment, unopened and in their original packaging.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• personalized supplements,

• opened or used products.

In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, the user must promptly contact customer service.

9. Liability

Pharma-Ti is liable exclusively within the limits provided by mandatory Swiss law.

All liability is excluded for:

• improper use of products,

• subjective expectations regarding results,

• decisions made by the user based on the information present on the site.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the site.

11. Amendments

Pharma-Ti reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments come into force upon publication on the site.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction: registered office of Pharma-Ti, unless a mandatory place of jurisdiction is provided by law.
